For the Afrika Film Festival I produce “Interviews with directors” as cameraman and editor. I collaborate with Lise Mercier who conducts the interviews. On her channel are interviews from different editions of the AFFK, but also from the Journées Francophones in Tübingen and FESPACO.

Nigerian filmmaker Ike Nnaebue talks about the reasons that drove him to make films, presents his latest film No U-turn and talks about his journey and the choice that changed the course of his life. From Nigeria to Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania and Morocco, Ike Nnaebue retraces the route he took 21 years ago to reach Europe. Treading these same migratory paths, he meets men and women who talk about their desires, dreams and fears.
